Or at least that's what the English subs said. Viz Media didn't bother to translate or dub those characters.

Took them and redrew the Japanese characters from the Vampire Knight Guilty season, episode 11, 13:42.

I always thought that they were heartbreaking words. Don't you also want to just hold him tight?

This drawing represents Zero's child persona that is hidden under deep layers of hatred and suffering. The red ball and chain represents the red chains of fate which burden him: his hate, his curse, his unrequited love, etc.

Drew this after reading the translation of the raws if chapter 83. It is said that Zero is frozen inside and I interpreted it as the way Zero locks away is feelings and remains cold and detached.

He used to have blood stains on his fingers and the imprint of his bloody fingers on his cheek before I decided it was a lil bit too scary.

I'm aware that I cannot draw straight lines on a ipad to save my life.
